About
The Chicago Patriots Gaelic Football Club is a collection of American born players who continue the great tradition of Irish sport into today. This club was started by Joe Begley in the hopes that the sons of Irish immigrants can have an opportunity to play the games their ancestors have played for hundreds of years and that brought many of our friends and family to this country. Formed in 2005 the Patriots have accomplished a lot in their short existence by winning 2 North American Junior C titles, 1 North American Junior B title, and most recently 1 Chicago Junior A title. The continued progression of the club is also shown by the fielding two teams in the Junior A and Junior C competitions allowing for all skill sets to test their abilities at this great sport.
