The Kuwait Harps is the only GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) Club in Kuwait. We were originally founded in 1997 and focus exclusively on Gaelic Football. Gaelic Football is a field sport with Irish heritage that combines the skill of traditional football (soccer) with elements of basketball, volleyball and Australian football. Club membership is at an all time high, with two ladies' and two men's teams, representing Kuwait throughout the GCC countries. The majority of our players come from all over the world, and for a lot of new Harps, this season was their first time kicking a Gaelic football. We are always open to new players, regardless of experience or skill level, so come to a training session or send us a message to learn more!
