The club bornt during Autumn 2006, by the action of Erwan Gouin, both President and Manager of club during the first season. The association was quickly created within the NEC (Nantes Étudiants Club), thanks to the support of Luc Dardenne. The Bees have made a thunderous start, winning the November 11th 2006, their first tournament in Sens-de-Bretagne for the first round of Brittany Championship 2006-2007. They also organized a championship round while this season on March 24th 2007. The Nantes players finished the year winning the first trophy : “la Pêle de Brécélient”, during Monterfil Challenge, a gaelic football tournament organized on the fringe of the festival “La Gallésie en Fête” in Monterfil.
