The AFIL has creatd in 2008 the first gaelic football team in Lyon for mens and womens: The Lugdunum CLG, whose affiliated to GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) and ECB (European County Board). The club is engaged in the federal championship in France (4 tournament at least in the year).
