Tara Camogie Club was founded in 1986 by the O'Neill sisters of Thomastown, County Kilkenny. Tara enjoys a long and illustrious association with camogie in London. The club was formed in Harrow but moved to the Greenford grounds in 2000, courtesy of Tir Chonaill Gaels Gaelic Football Club. Every year Tara Camogie Club hosts a 7-a-side tournament at Tir Chonaill Park Greenford welcoming Junior and Senior teams, from Ireland and the UK. The tournament is usually held the Saturday after Easter so please do contact us should you like to attend or come over for the challenge game. Tara have won a number of honours at Junior and Senior Grade and we are always looking to recruit more players and all standards are welcome from beginners to All-Stars.
