PEI Celts GAA

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada

About

Our club was formed with the aim of bringing the local Irish community together socially and to promote the games of Gaelic Football and Hurling. Today, the GAA club is a blend of Irish immigrants, second generation Irish descendants, Canadians and other nationalities. The Prince Edward Island Celts Gaelic Athletic Association club was formed in January 2015. Our club is committed to encouraging all to play and enjoy Gaelic Games no matter their ability, in an atmosphere that promotes fun, friendship and personal growth. We have established a senior men’s team in the sport of Gaelic Football and youth program’s in Hurling, Gaelic Football and Camogie. A senior women’s program is now underway and hopefully will be competing in the Eastern Canadian Championship in 2018. The PEI Celts GAA is always delighted to welcome new members! Please come down and join us at training regardless of whether you’re a former inter-county player or a complete beginner. Our excellent coaching staff, our team captains and all our players will make you welcome from the off.
